This account has no passkey yet. Your browser or phone creates it now, within 5 minutes of the Google sign-in, and then you confirm the sign-in with it. A lost passkey cannot be replaced on the same account.

Your browser or phone asks for the passkey of this Google account. On a first sign-in the passkey is created here, within 5 minutes. The confirmation lasts 12 hours; after that the admin asks again.

A passkey from another account is refused. A lost passkey cannot be replaced on the same account: sign in with a new Google account and ask another operator to add it to the list.
